We exclusively offer private boats only, ensuring that only you and your group are on board.
Is the boat covered or open?
The boat is open, but it has a shade that can be quickly put up if required.
Is it possible to go on the boat ride more than once?
Yes, you can purchase an additional ride at the counter if you wish to experience the boat ride more than once. Each ticket permits a single boat ride.
Do i get a booking confirmation?
You will have to present the email confirmation we send for online bookings.
Do you operate Madu River boat ride during bad weather
We operate in the light rain. During thunderstorms and heavy rains, boat rides will be kept temporarily on hold.
If we don’t or can’t complete activities, can we get a refund?
